1. Choose Family / Hirer or Wasmeri / Service provider
Choose Family / Hirer Account or Wasmeri / Service provider Account at signup. That account role is locked and cannot switch sides later. On a Family / Hirer Account, profile role can be Family / Hirer, Organization, Individual, Group, Business, Company, or Other. On a Wasmeri / Service provider Account, profile role can be Wasmeri / Service provider or Other (then category and skill). Changing profile role does not change which dashboard you use.
2. Create a simple account, then use your dashboard
Sign up with your name, email and password. Verify your email, then open your dashboard. Complete your profile later in Settings. A listed skill is not a qualification.
3. Optional verification for Wasmeri / Service provider accounts
Wasmeri / Service provider accounts may submit a live selfie and ID from Verify my profile. Family / Hirer accounts do not complete identity verification. A Verified badge only means our team completed this document check. It does not guarantee safety, qualifications or suitability.
4. Browse, filter and send offers
Family / Hirers can search Wasmeri / Service provider by category, service/skill, service keyword, province, district and verification. The number of offers depends on the hiring plan. A Wasmeri / Service provider can accept or decline each offer. Sending or accepting an offer does not create employment by itself.
5. Chat after an offer is accepted
When a provider accepts an offer, Messages unlock so both sides can discuss duties, hours, salary and expectations before agreeing to work together.
6. Hiring plans
Free: 5 offers, valid forever. Standard (K100): 20 offers for 30 days. Premium (K200): unlimited offers for 365 days, including provider phone and email. Plan fees are for platform access. They are not the provider's wages. See the Plans page for the full comparison. Payment is only available after you log in to a Family / Hirer account.
7. Connection platform only
Divergent Wasmeri does not employ hiring users or service providers and does not become a party to any employment arrangement. Users remain responsible for their own checks, agreements and safety.
